3. Service Agreements & Quotes

  • All service requests must be confirmed by M & B Transportation Services before being scheduled.

  • Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of request and may be subject to change if load details, mileage, or requirements differ.

  • Final pricing will be confirmed prior to dispatch.

4. Payments & Invoicing

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or service agreement.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, ACH, company checks.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Liability & Limitations

  • While we take every precaution to ensure safe and timely deliveries, M & B Transportation Services is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, road closures, or accidents.

  • Our liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to the extent allowed by applicable law and the terms of our service agreement.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring proper packaging and labeling of goods.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup to avoid cancellation fees.

  • Refunds or credits, if applicable, will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Customer Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:
